Building relationships and seeing my patients get better.

What do you love most about Acupuncture as a medicine?

I love how acupuncture treats the root of the illness not just the symptoms.

Tip for how to get the most out of your Acupuncture experience:

Come in hydrated and wearing loose clothing. Eat a light snack before. And don’t expect to “get fixed” after one treatment. Acupuncture is a process – it takes time.

Daily breakfast:

Oatmeal packed with healthy super foods like chia, hemp, & flax seeds; moringa and maca powder; and either a pear or banana.

Guilty pleasure:

Pretty much every ice cream flavour at Rain or Shine
